About Me

Thanks for considering me as your therapist!

I’ve been providing psychotherapy since 2018 when I began extensive practicum and internship experience during graduate school at Barry University (Miami Shores, FL), where I earned a master’s degree in clinical mental health counseling. During graduate school I enjoyed my time working in a community mental health clinic, providing individual and group therapy for LGBTQ+ high school students of color and also individual counseling for young adults living with various mental health conditions.

Since leaving Florida for New England to begin my post-graduate work, I’ve counseled clients living with diverse mental health conditions. In that work I found the most fulfillment and success serving older adolescents and young adults. I am particularly experienced in working with college students living with anxiety and problems related to college adjustment, stress, and identity formation.

Personally and professionally I have a commitment to racial and social justice. I am experienced in and dedicated to serving folks from marginalized communities including people of color, LGBTQ+ folks, and people living with disabilities.

When I’m not in the office I enjoy exploring New England, always searching for sandy beaches, strong coffee, and fun day-trips.
