About Me

Thanks for considering me as your therapist!

I’ve been providing psychotherapy since 2018 when I began an extensive practicum and internship experience during graduate school at Barry University (Miami Shores, FL) where I earned a master’s degree in clinical mental health counseling. During graduate school I enjoyed my time working in a community mental health clinic, providing individual and group therapy for LGBTQ+ high school students of color and also individual counseling for young adults living with various mental health conditions. Such conditions include anxiety, depression, academic stress, and problems related to systemic oppression.

Since leaving Florida for New England to begin my post-graduate work, I’ve counseled clients living with diverse mental health concerns. In that work I found the most fulfillment and success serving adolescents and young adults. I am particularly experienced in working with college students living with anxiety and problems related to college adjustment, stress, and identity formation.

Personally and professionally I have a commitment to racial and social justice. I am dedicated to serving folks from marginalized communities including people of color, LGBTQ+ folks, and people living with disabilities.

When I’m not in the office I enjoy being outdoors, exploring the many pockets of New England.
